ALYN TALENT LTD trades as Alyn and is the controller responsible for the personal information covered by this notice. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 17438766. Its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
Information we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company and role, the area of interest you select, and your message. You provide this information directly when you send an enquiry.
We may also receive information you choose to include in the correspondence that follows your enquiry.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
Handling business enquiries: we use your details to reply, consider potential work and run Alyn. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to potential clients and operating the business.
If you personally ask us about entering a contract, we may use your details to take steps you request before entering that contract, where applicable.
Where necessary website security and abuse-prevention processing occurs, our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in protecting the site and preventing misuse.
Submitting an enquiry is not consent to marketing. This form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Who receives information
Framer hosts this website and processes submissions made through its native form service on our behalf. Our email provider receives and stores relevant messages so we can respond to enquiries.
International processing
Depending on our hosting and email services, some information may be processed outside the UK. Please email us to ask where your information is processed and for details of any applicable transfer safeguards.
How long information is kept
If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we normally keep your details and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, deleting them sooner where they are no longer needed.
If you become a client, we will explain the separate retention arrangements that apply to your client records. We may retain relevant information for longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask us to delete it, restrict its use or provide a portable copy. These rights are not unconditional and some exceptions apply.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that processing. We will consider your request and stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the information for a legal claim.
